HEALTHY because Noble milk has a higher content of omega 3, vitamins and antioxidants that make it excellent from a nutritional point of view; it has a better omega 6/ omega 3 ratio and a prevalence of unsaturated fats that do not raise cholesterol; it also has a very low risk of the presence of aflatoxins (thanks to the absence of silage in the diet).
TASTY because the presence of hay and wild grasses in the feed ration gives the milk a distinctive and unmistakable flavor and an intense profiimo that is also transferred to the processed products.
FRESH because the milk is processed in the farm laboratory within a few hours of milking.
NATURAL because the milk is processed as is; it does not undergo the standardization and homogenization processes required in industry.
