Keeping intact the originality of its structure, including the authentic stone manger, this space has been reinvented into a warm and welcoming dining room, where a rejuvenating breakfast is served each morning and, during the day, you can delight your palate with unique meals. The dishes served are a tribute to the richness of local gastronomy, enhanced by the farm's freshest dairy products, the excellence of the area and the seasonality of the ingredients, in perfect harmony with the farm's philosophy.
Not far away, the old barn is reborn into a new life as a processing workshop, where fresh pasteurized milk, yogurt, stracchino, and other dairy products are produced following traditional methods and using only the highest quality milk milked in the last hours, without any additives. These delicacies can be enjoyed as early as breakfast and are available in the small adjoining store, where tradition and freshness meet.
In addition, we are working on the creation of a small farmer's market, where our products will be combined with a curated selection of the best of Basilicata's agricultural and food excellence, creating a unique meeting point for lovers of good food and authenticity.
